Korean's beauty supply stores are hurting and have been hurting ever since the Natural Hair World took off. Don't think, that they are not thinking about how to do natural hair because they are. Noticed a Korean lady doing a Black Woman's hair back in 09 at a beauty supply store here in MI. She was braiding her hair and installing a wig. Don't let them take over in this arena like they did with the beauty supply stores. Get licensed to become a Natural Hair Culturist. I am this year (God Willing)

Natural Hair Culturist
A natural hair culturist is an individual engaged in natural hair cultivation but does not include a person engaged in natural hair cultivation if that activity is performed as part of the practice of a recognized religion. Licensing of this speciality is voluntary and is not required unless the individual wishes to use the title "natural hair culturist."
Natural hair cultivation is defined as the techniques that result in tension on hair strands such as twisting, wrapping, weaving, extending, locking, or braiding of the hair by hand, which work does not include the application of dyes, reactive chemicals, or other preparations to alter the color or to straighten, curl or alter the structure of the hair.
To become licensed as a natural hair culturist an individual must be at least 17 years of age, be of good moral character, have an education equivalent to the completion of the ninth grade, and have completed not less than 400 hours extending over a period of at least 3 months in a school of cosmetology approved by the department where services relating to natural hair cultivation are rendered, or has served at least 6 months as an apprentice in a licensed cosmetology establishment in which natural hair cultivation is practiced and successful completion of an examination prescribed by the board and the department.
